COOKIES

THESE COOKIES ARE SOOO DELICIOUS!

You'll love these soft chewy cookies loaded with chunks of PETER'S chocolate.

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup Blue Bonnet stick, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
2 cups chunks of Peter's chocolate

Mix brown sugar and melted margarine. Stir in egg, vanilla, salt, soda. Mix in the flour and then stir in chunks of Peter's chocolate.

Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes until edges are slightly brown and centers are still soft.

SWEET SALTY SNACK

THIS IS AN EASY SWEET AND SALTY SNACK IDEA.

You can use any variety of chip. Corn chips, Sun chips, Pretzels etc. You could also add Chex cereals.

Melt desired amount of Peter's chocolate. This can be done quickly in the microwave, stirring after every minute until melted, or in the oven. I always use the oven by setting a desired size chunk of chocolate in a glass bowl and leaving it 1-2 hours in a warm oven (the oven temp. shouldn't be higher than 110 degrees). If you have a digital oven, turn on the oven for 1-2 min. then turn it off before putting chocolate in.

Put chip mixture in a large bowl and pour chocolate over top, stirring it to cover the chips.

You can make variations by adding peanut butter or caramel syrup to the melted chocolate.

Pour out on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and set in fridge or cool room to set up.
