THIS
IS AN EASY SWEET AND SALTY SNACK IDEA.
You can use any variety of chip. Corn chips, Sun chips,
Pretzels etc. You could also add Chex cereals.
Melt desired amount of Peter's chocolate. This can be
done quickly in the microwave, stirring after every
minute until melted, or in the oven. I always use the
oven by setting a desired size chunk of chocolate in a
glass bowl and leaving it 1-2 hours in a warm oven (the
oven temp. shouldn't be higher than 110 degrees). If you
have a digital oven, turn on the oven for 1-2 min. then
turn it off before putting chocolate in.
Put chip mixture in a large bowl and pour chocolate over
top, stirring it to cover the chips.
You can make variations by adding peanut butter or
caramel syrup to the melted chocolate.
Pour out on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and set in
fridge or cool room to set up.
