Peter's chocolate can be used for baking and snacks.  I love loading chocolate chip cookies with chunks of Peter's chocolate.  

The Peter's dark chocolate makes a rich delicious fudge brownie.

Peter's milk and dark chocolate make a fantastic fruit dip.

PETER'S CHOCOLATE

Peter's chocolate is my favorite chocolate to use when making homemade chocolates.  I have tried several different dipping chocolates and I prefer Peter's chocolate. Peter's chocolate has a very creamy and wonderful flavor. I've had many compliments on my chocolates being the best they've ever had and I attribute a lot of that to the quality chocolate that I use, which is Peter's.

PETER'S CHOCOLATE (CASE)

You can save money buying Peter's chocolate by the case in either the Peter's Burgundy (dark) chocolate. There are 5-10 lb. bricks to a case.  50 pounds of chocolate.

Please e-mail and specify order.  You may order all Burgundy or all Ultra or you may mix your order such as: 2-Burgandy 3-Ultra etc.
